Those we remember...

Every year the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba receives thousands of donations made in memory of friends and loved ones, many of whom were lost to heart disease and stroke. To acknowledge all of those who were named in memory, we have developed a tribute page to say "we remember". 

Thank you to all of you who gave an in memory gift. Your support helps us achieve our mission, which is to lead in eliminating heart disease and stroke and reducing their impact through the advancement of research and its application, the promotion of healthy living, and advocacy. Together, heart disease and stroke is the leading cause of death in Manitoba. With your help, we hope to reduce the number of lives lost each year to heart disease and stroke.
